How I work
Most of the women I work with arrive not knowing what’s hormonal, what’s neurodivergence, and what’s burnout. I look at the whole picture, because everything interacts.
The coaching is structured around four areas: lifestyle and capacity, how your neurodivergence is showing up right now, what perimenopause is specifically doing for you, and your relationship with yourself at this point. The structure exists to make sure we don’t spend six sessions addressing the surface without understanding what’s underneath it.
I also use the Emergence Framework, which maps the stages I see neurodivergent women move through during perimenopause and late diagnosis.
My story

Before
I spent over 20 years in corporate IT as a product manager. I was good at my job. I was also very good at making it look easier than it was. That’s what masking does. It makes exhausted look like capable. And it works, until it doesn’t.
When it stopped
For me, the point where it stopped working was perimenopause. As estrogen started shifting, the strategies I’d relied on for decades stopped working, one by one. Work was almost all I could manage. My mood was lower. I started isolating. Explaining what was wrong felt impossible, so I stopped trying. I didn’t have the language for it yet.

The diagnosis
I was diagnosed AuDHD at 45, after around 30 years of being misread: anxious, a perfectionist, just very sensitive. Getting the diagnosis was both a relief and a grief. I understood what had been happening. That mattered, even when it was still hard to sit with. I left my corporate career in April 2025, not because I wanted to, but because I couldn’t keep going the way I’d been going.
What came next
I’d started training as a menopause coach and then as an ADHD coach before any of this happened. By the time perimenopause hit properly, I had the professional knowledge to understand what was happening. The support I needed at that specific intersection didn’t exist. So I built it.

“I didn’t build this business for a theoretical client. I built it for the woman I was in 2024.”
