What this is
You already understand a lot about what’s happening to you. Explanations aren’t the gap. This is where you look at the whole picture, and build a setup that fits how your brain and body actually work now. Nine weeks, taught in short videos, with live calls every two weeks and a worksheet each week that’s yours and private.
The facts
The pilot cohort starts mid-January 2027.
Places are limited.
Founding rate £297, with a payment plan available.
Doors open at the end of November.
Built so you never have to perform.
Cameras optional on the live calls, listening only is fine, and watching the recording counts as taking part. Nobody goes round the room. Nobody is put on the spot.
No diagnosis needed. Self-identified women are welcome, and so are women still figuring it out.
One honest note: this is for when you’re past the worst of it and ready to make sense of what happened. It isn’t built to hold acute crisis.
