AuDHD + Perimenopause: A workbook for when coping strategies stop working
If you’re not ready to book a call yet, this is where to start.
The workbook explains why perimenopause hits AuDHD women the way it does, gives you language for what you’re experiencing without the self-blame, and includes two reflection exercises. The first helps you map what’s actually changed. The second helps you see what it’s costing you to keep going the way you are.
The intention is to finish it with a clearer picture of what you’re dealing with. You might find you can finally name what you’ve been trying to explain to your GP for months.
